Client is very good , although being US client , working across different time zone is smooth. Team lead is very understanding and co-operative.teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Micro-management is not really appreciable. Different rules for different employees should not be followed.Awards shall not be restricted only towards leads. Biased approach towards employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Meaning of MNC is having head office oversees on their website location mention as california, Mexico, los Angeles but don't have offices their only single entity people works remotely they have office only in India how come it's MNC? Employees working on overlapping timeing but following Indian holidays and leaves being MNC should be applicable of MNC policies right?

Their are people on directors level unable to even communicate properly.. most of things are unclear. Poor office infra.

Not much is there to talk about.

Dislikes

Hostile workplace, no regard to loyal sincere employees. You are asked to work extra and shift and no talk of compensation/allowance. Pathetic leave policy. Only one client they have and that too pathetic and want to extract juice out of employees for free. My advice better not join, but if you are okay with above all then, all at you own peril.

Here at fugetron it's a nice place to learn and grow as a java developer as we are working here on the latest java technologies such as spring boot and microservices. Also, there are very good client projects one of which belongs to the entertainment industry so it's very much interesting. All the people here are very helpful and supportive.
