What I appreciate most about ftcash is the authenticity of its founders, the supportive work culture, and the refreshing absence of office politics. It’s a place where merit truly matters, if you’ve earned something, no one can take it away from you.

Dislikes

What I dislike the most about ftcash is that, as the organization has grown and new senior managers have joined, some have brought along the politics from their previous workplaces. While ftcash has always had a strong, merit-based culture where politics had no room, it’s hard to deny that this dynamic has started to shift. Senior management holds the power to influence the founders, and if one of them happens to harbor a bias against you, for reasons only they may know, it can affect your standing.
