Many... Some of them are listed below, 1. No Proper work culture. 2. No proper work environment. 3, Office Politics 4. No Self respect. 5. Always finds a way to reduce your salary. 6. No compensation for overtime, if asked, they criticize... and enter in our personal life. 7. Hectic ove rtime schedule even on weekends(sat and sun). 8. They judge your work on how much you speak, instead how much work you have done 9. Employees here are not valued. 10. Even if you injured from accident, they ask you for proof of doctor certificate. 11. Easy Interview. Easy Onboarding. Projects for {Automation, Functional, Performance} Testing. Remote Working. Two Sessions on Monday & Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. about Yoga, Fitness, and Health. Many opportunities apart from Technical work. Get to know how to actually a start-up works. Good seniors who guide us with what we need.

Dislikes

Most of the seniors have left. Some new Experienced Hires and mostly interns hired from universities. Fixed 9:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. timing (but more depending upon the Project || Work). Unexpected salary cut and no additional pay for extra work (which includes after 7:00 P.M. or working weekends). The offer letter doesn't have the position hired for. You can be working on all other projects apart from Technical Work. No opportunity and growth for developers (will do some POC as per requirement). Mostly marketing work (POC, Hubspot, Email Marketing, etc). No work-life balance. (Can get a call in non-working hours for work)....Read More
