Increment and promotion growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night at home. Senior superior do not value the suggestions, which is to take back my suggestions most of the times. Company is not send the appraisal form during mid year.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the site management in client basis. Maintenance of strapping tool. Make the shift roster of our employees. Attend all meeting and training which is organised by our company and client's site.
