Seniors including mangers and general mangers always discourage you, work environment is worst they always enter to your personal life, not given any compansation for years which have been give end of month (insensitives). Culture is very worst always managers are expecting our side from respect but they never respect anyone. Even if you work for 10 years your salary will increase per year only 1000 and never they give promotions. About work satisfaction is like frustration we have to punch in biometric within 9 am but you can't go to 6 o clock if you complete the all the work and also they work the women's until 8-8.30 pm<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
