Frezenius is a good brand your quality of care was good but there is lacking appraisal for new talent. Frezenius is meant for old personnel and new comer didn’t get good exposure there.

The patients. The fact I can provide care for my patients. There's no job security in this company as favoritism and nepotism ranks high here. Work culture is toxic with horrible staff and managers. Company policies is only for certain people, other get away with everything unethical.

Dislikes

Backbiting of female staff against their male colleagues due to jealousy. Racism and Sexism of managers towards hardworking staff who don't gossip like their lazy favorite staff do. Victimization of new staff who's not part of the in-group of the drug-infested, gang-ridden Cape Flats where majority of the unprofessional, unethical staff come from. Fresenius is a demonic company to work for.
