During my interview at Fravashi International Academy in Nashik, Maharashtra, I encountered several issues that left me concerned. The institution's hiring practices were notably backward, lacking the necessary rigor and transparency. Staff qualifications were questionable, with many teachers lacking relevant ACCA, CTA, or CIMA certifications and modern UK teaching licenses. Class demonstrations revealed a disengaged student body; for instance, in 2024, 40% of students were without laptops, leading to low motivation and poor engagement. The Head of Department (HoD) was unprofessional, failing to turn on her camera during the online interview, which affected my perception of the academy's commitment to professionalism. While the lunch provided was satisfactory, it did not offset these significant shortcomings.
