Good and friendly. Friendly people who always help each other.positive environment.Good coordination. If your work is good then everything is good.In short if a company hire you they want work and you are doing it no one can bother you.what we need is salary on time ,good environment and friendly people. For me its a great experience to work with Frankfinn.

My work is to interact with students of different areas, its quite good because i love to talk with student and talked about their carrier as well as their parents. It is challenging but good experience.

Team leader, with her I have a pathetic experience., unprofessional behavior, unnecessary work pressure, nepotism. During covid 19, 35% salary i got, the management put a lot of employees into lwp.

Everything..they don’t do FNF after resignation I called HR Tanima Thrice a day but she dares to pick a single call. No appraisal, no promotion in a Year. Worst Company Ever

Teammates were helpful, but the senior staff was not at all good,they don't understand your problem ,they just need numbers no matter how the data is....they don't work on, how to get numbers, not on strategies ,there is no plan of work.

No working culture for women, no appreciation, they scold for coming late but they have no issue of you are going late in the evening...they ask you for overtime forcefully after logout hours also and sometimes ask you to come on Sunday's in peak season and there is no leave exchange of that. Overall my experience was not good at all that is why I left the job in 5 months only.
