* The company culture is incredibly toxic(Use of slang "Proper Galichaap Gaali is normal routine, HR is a biggest Lier, Even HR team put pressure on employees to give excellent rating and reviews about company on various platforms). Constant backstabbing among colleagues, and management plays favorites, leaving many employees feeling undervalued and stressed. * No work life balance at all. Expected to be available 24/7, with frequent weekend work and late nights with no overtime compensation. * Management is completely incompetent. They lack clear vision, make rash decisions, and never take responsibility for their mistake. * No opportunities for professional development. Promotions are based on personal connections rather than merit. *High turnover rate. I 've worked here for 2 month in mumbai office and my reporting manager used to sit in guragon head office, I struggle to find a even a single positive aspect about this company

Life is hell here 1. there's absolutely no work life balance 2. the environment is extremely toxic 3. Favouritism runs deep- if you engage in chamchagiri (flattery) with your boss you're safe, even if you miss your monthly target, no one will question you 4. we're force to give false commitments to parents and students just to secure enrolments 5. every day at 10am the morning begins with bashing if you missed your enrolment targets previous day. 6. employees are degraded and treated with no respect 7. I received my full and final settlement seven months after leaving and only taking 1000 follow ups 8. No HR will respond to you once you leave the company 9. in 7 month i had spoken to 4 HR because whoever is coming leave in somedays 10.
