No work ethnic at all, they always pressurised you and prove that u r always wrong. U can survive in that atmosphere only if u are moving around to u r boss..

"Nam bade Darshan Chote". Policies are only to screw employee. If Ur married women, this is not for u.. They don't allow married women to conceive a baby. If u do so they will directly terminate you. No maternity leaves.. No Diwali bonus. No leaves planning... Only politics. Also no PF , ESIC, TDS nothing. They will give u little good salary but they can throw you out anytime with no reason. Basically this company is having very old employees who r there for their own comfort. N being old employee they will not at all cooperate with the new one n the upper management will also listen to them. So don't go for this company. I wud strongly recommend don't go at all....Read More

Work Details

I was training co ordinator there where you need to schedule sessions for Trainers. Batches planning, n number of reports in a day. But trainers are having more salary n work experience than TC so they don't listen to you at all. TC directly reports to CM

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
