Absolute lack of work culture. No information of the way forward. Most employees have not been paid since June 2020. Only tenured teachers and teachers belonging to a certain geography are being given the opportunity of taking online classes and the company has been treating others like they don't exist. They follow a 6 day working policy where the 6th day is just time wasted at the office, most often. Company/ management is willing to bend over backwards to accommodate student behavior and misdemeanor because they pay fee, whereas teachers are often embarrassed while doing so. Teachers lose half day's salary if they are even a minute late. And the incentive structure is designed to make Teachers fetch new students and make existing students pay more for specialised training. None of the teachers evet get to see their incentive as they are merely teachers and not salea trainers....Read More
