In the past ut been great like 3 years back , now it has absolutely toxic culture, no improvement in field activities and nothing new to present or researching on new products portfolio, I haven't seen any new products launched in last 6 years , which is big step back in current situation. Franco indian has past its glorious days. Owners of the company are least concerned about company more concerned about theirs own profit they can generates from it. If you only run for profit rest of things get ignored easily.
