Management works on their personal growth,wrong path are shown to MD.Stocks dumping at distributor without orders and then pushing Medical Representative to liquidate or threat to leave

No work life balance,used to get calls in the early morning at 5 am or late at 11.30 pm from top management

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
