Nothing... Initially things were represented very Lucrative & Good (Joined on 5th April, 2021). In Just working for almost 15 days their real faces were shown (on 20th April, 2021) ... Pathetic Management... Thought process of Chairman & MD is to take money from innocent peoples pocket for their luxurious life... Management people are parasites living & sustaining their lives on others money be it their brands, investors or employees... brands are not serviced since FIBL can't afford to pay salaries of sales team, investors money is taken on the name of registration but not serviced for the same reason, employees are asked to come to office but later their salaries are not paid for one or the other reason.... on the name of covid-19 they said you need to work for full working hours but you will get half of your salaries that too they can't afford for 10 working days(on 20th April, 2021)... immediately a notice was issued if you will get the revenue to the company then you will get 33% of it (On 3rd May, 2021) ... in another 2 days the notice was issues stating you will get 20% of the cleared revenue (On 5th May, 2021) .... Management is not clear about the calculation & communication that need to be circulated.... They Held my team salary just because they didn't had laptops to work from home... nor given time to arrange thus put on LWP... Even the salaries were not credited for worked days... worst organization that i have ever worked for...Read More

You will be fired with no intimation or i would say for saying no to work on commission basis (20% of cleared revenue) ... My entire team mail id were blocked without intimation of termination.... worst organization that i have ever worked for since 2009
