I joined the organization on mid september. After working more than a month I didn't received any appointment letter from their end. I have no proof that I was an employee of Franchise India. Job security is zero. After repeated reminders on mail my colleagues who were working since past 4 months didn't receive the payslips. Overall working experience there was pathetic.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
