Worst company to work with. They claim that they are the market leader and in the market for 20 years.. True. But there is no culture, no HR policies, u will be left open to dry. Salaries do not come on time. They can kick you out anytime, without any intimation. No communication between the verticals. They run incentive contests every week but incentives are not credited for months. They are running a company as if its a next door departmental store....Read More

No job security. They can kick you out anytime. No work life balance. Concalls can take place 10 pm at night or 7 am in morning. At the time of joining, you are told that they have 1st & 3rd saturday off but every thursday you will get a mail that the off has been cancelled. Salaries do not come on time#fff5e4;">.
