Not a lot if you are a software engineer. This is a good company for consulatnts, data scientists and incompetent managers who want to just chill.
Dislikes
Pretentious company with loads of talk around work culture, but its all on paper.
If you are a passionate software engineer who likes to solve problems, you would not enjoy it here.
Since, most client projects have a short duration, it is highly likely that you would not learn a lot and improve the product.
Also, there is no mentorship culture here, no proper tech leads in any team. Project managers are completely useless and have no skill apart from playing the politics game.
Also, Fractal creates accelerators instead of products which in simple term means create half-done products within a few months and not improve upon it later.
Best thing to do would be stay here for an year and jump ship by upskilling on your own, as staying here you would not learn good practices for SDLC and it will affect later in your career....Read More
