I really like so many things in fr8 like we can learn lots of knowledge in traffic side and also learn in customer side . Some times issue come big means fr8 senior staff involved directly and helping that issue really good responsibilities persons .

Dislikes

Working time and low salary. If vacancies available urgently means taking unmatured guys to office they or not able to any things only creating issues some times behaving worst to senior staffs . Chennai office very months changing new rules that is disappointment head office . Head office checking truck owner side and customers side if any issues going very fastly clearing that issue. But if fr8 employees suffered means ? ? And one important thing every branches must visit any Chennai senior staff and ask staffs or ok or not motivate him visit monthly one time . Don't give promotions to seeing reports and number check who handles problems without any ones support. Who attended every single calls without any failure.
