Lot of politics and partilaties are there. Few teachers are very dominating. Unhe lagta hai sab hume he aata hai and baki sab gadhe hai. Principal doesn't use her brain. 3 main coordinators are there jo wo bole wahi sahi baki sab galat hai.

Work culture is very bad. Teachers are narrow minded. Their teaching methods are boring and outdated.

Well there is nothing to like about Fr. Agnel School, Waliv Vasai East

Dislikes

Well I personally dislike the type of work environment that has been created by the management of this school. There is no job security even after working for 2 to 3 years you can still find your self as a teacher on probation. Very Poor salary appraisal, Too much of dirty politics my the Co-Ordinator. Work environment is very depressing and sad as teachers are not allowed to interact with one another. There is no innovative methods that are appreciated by the management. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
