Working in a nice infrastructure seems gud.

No educatedd and literatte managers and team leaders in FPL Hyundai chrompet. 12 hours work. Daily conducting hot meeting by making employees in a standing version like a schooll and it really hurts. Asking sales feedback to employees for every single minute makes so irritating n horrible to work. Mentall pressure is high because ofsenselless managers and management. No free n flexible atmosphere to do sales. Getting week off is so difficult with pay. Salary is horrible and in that they make us to work on field without issuing any petrol allowances. Mysterious incentives...they tell about incentives which not even 0.01% for employees but they deduct incentives tat too by anyway. Seems very useless to be with this organisation. High politics by managers n team leaders. No professional atmosphere inside. They itself updating 5 star fake customer reviews on google. Those who have zero self respect and dignity,they can work here and they are only working here....Read More

Zero work life balance 🙄🙄 No humorous persons in management to think about employees as human beings.They simply extracting work for 12 hours from employees as slaves. No growth and could not maintain self respect.
