Flexiblity of work like you can adjust with your colleagues for interchange of shift and can safe up your leaves. Co-operative staff. Learning opportunity of many processes like Powder coating,Phosphating,Welding,Riveting,Spring,Sheet meta processes,Induction hardening etc. Cultural & innovative activities.

Dislikes

Standing job for engineers,Senior Engineers. No sitting arrangement for doing lunch. No staff tea flexibility. Tea will be available at only HR defined time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
