In my personal experience, I didn't like anything.

In my personal experience, there is no growth, either on work exposure or economically. People over there are demotivating and didn't appreciate your efforts. On appraisal time they tell you that are discussing with management for your appraisal. Every time when you remind your boss, they are only in discussion mode.
