There is nothing I can say I liked during my Four year as General Manager - Operations in Fouress.

Dislikes

MD / ED don't understand how operations are managed in Industry. They have no prior experience in managing business of such a high scale and such a nice product. Too many meetings. Every meetings end up with fight between team members. There is no team work. Absolute pathetic culture. No job security. Any time, they call you and fire you out of the company.

Work Details

I managed quite well. If they had given me better team and power to build my team, I could have still performed better. Lot of Managers are corrupt who are working in the organization from 10- to 20 years. They don't allow productivity and growth.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
