Ignore at all costs. The learning curve is zero. No Planning, No one-on-ones with managers. Copy-pasting the same code to various clients. Need to assume the requirements and build the product. No Documentation wrt requirements, previous results, approaches and etc. Work-Life balance is hell. Only your code or work completed will be reviewed post 6 months. You need to rework if they are unhappy.

Everything. No Project Architecture. No, Try/catch. No Loggers. No Deployments. No ELK to access prod logs to check bugs. No Git Notebooks wrt Data Science. No Confluence. No Brain-storming. No Proper requirements are shared through any resource. No client interaction.
