It created an environment where employees didn't always feel supported or valued by the company. Another significant concern was around salary increments and appraisals. The process for salary hikes seemed unclear and inconsistent, with many employees waiting for long periods without proper justification or communication about the delay. The appraisal system also lacked transparency, making it hard to understand what metrics were being used for promotions and recognition.
