Frankly speaking....there is nothing to like about this organisation....only thing you can like here is your team...

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in this organisation, they do not have any appraisal or promotion policy. There is no monthly,yearly,or quarterly budget..they do not even have a basic cafeteria. If you want to eat anything you will have to go out. The managers are never Available on the floor, they are always on WFH. There is no learning and development trainings

The best thing about Fossil is your RO counterparts and the kind of skill set they possess and work to sharing the same with you, which goes a long way in improving your skill set.

Dislikes

The most disliked aspect is it's management. They usually have no skillset to share with you ormentor you towards your own growth. Company does not have any policy at place and usually gives the same answer that it is not part of our policy when you reach out to them for any assistance. So compensation wise it is not a good organization to go for
