The company work culture( excluding Shared Service) is excellent. The stakeholders treat the team as their extended team.

Dislikes

The Leadership is driving change to convert shared services culture to a local Indian (not Indian MNC) BPO culture where each team member is considered as a machine or a robot. There is no job security as team members are asked to leave without any reason. The HR is inexperienced and follow Corrupt practices rather than Corporate practices.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
