My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Not at all good company for technical people. Both MD are incompetent. Office seating guys are not professional at all. No work no pay policy will ruin personal life. Engineers should not join this company.
