Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but, career growth is slow.

The job is quite interey. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the job.

Earlier it was SGS TEKNIKS MFG PVT LTD & now it is merged to Syrma & working culture is now very toxic & biased . They don't want to stay old peoples within company .
