Can learn new things..and insurance facility is good for staff..

Work balance is more.work pressure is more in ward department if medicine came late ,,dr not coming in round, why gda is not available for everything nurses are responsible..no respect for nurses..if any pt complaint about nurses they don't want to listen anything from nurses side is it right or wrong.salary increment is very less

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
