Product Manager don't know aboou the Product future. Also not care the team. They blindly appointments the new staff and suddenly in middle they ask employees to resign. They disturb employee's life and it's family everything. No job guarantees. Only big name, but in reality its big zero. HR department is terrible, they treat employees as a big criminal.
