Good and positive environment for working. Different work culture. Good team as well as team leader's support. Sufficient training and learning opportunities. Celebration of different festivals for enjoyment.

Forret India was the organisation which gave me platform to perform in Recruitment industry. I left Forret India before 2 years back. However, company culture & provided each facilities were excellent. Team is very supportive & working culture is Excellent with lots of learning.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
