Whatever you'll do there will be on your basis. I clear you very first its a MLM company that deals in health/beauty products. Products are marvelous. Business plan is marvelous. But you have to give your time in this company who so ever you are either a janitor or PM of some country. You have to refer products, you have to sell products, you have to build team , you earn you enjoy

There were team mates whom I used to handle and had a great time with them working and developing some skills

Dislikes

There was no fixed salary system and to work as an employee first you have to buy their products of 28000 and then on every team bonus to get you have to buy products of rs 11000 so theirs nothing to earn in a stable way
