The reason why I would to rate my present organization is that I found the best senior management with full supportive environment which makes work easy as they motivate you everyday so main reason is that i am still working with the same company since past 3.5 years now.

Dislikes

Everything is just perfect here just saturdays should be full day off else no dislikes with foresee.
