Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Managers don't like your working style although you are doing excellent work, you have to work like there way of working No desktop, 4-5 guys using one desktop which is outdated. Food quality is poor, no hygiene, You don't have time for breakfast and lunch You have to take paper slip for early going Medical insurance premium is deducted from your salary GST also get deducted from salary, what kind of GST 😂 There are no Fans in the mfg shops, how operators are working since years without fan don't know You are the slave for company...Read More
