Everything is worst here,there is no respect for employees,worst culture, partiality,u can find worms in food,salary deduction even for 1 minute,for official tour employee has to spend money from his pocket and for reimbursement it takes 3 months,no employee benefit,outdtaed company,no proper system to work, u have to wait for appraisal even for 2 to 3 years, mail id is for only few people,even to take print GM approval is required, all policies are against employee........Read More

Security humiliates you at many places. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.
