people of this company was very helpful and responsible for their duty.

Every things was good, but working 8hrs was not in actual. In time was 9:30AM but out time was after 7:15PM. this time was almost regular. Many times (15 to 20 days in every month), I leave company after 8:15PM

Work Details

I was doing job as a Design engineer but designation was Mechanical Engineer. My work was to design reactor or blender for their project of "Expansion of plant'. According their specification and requirements.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Firstly they will ask you to submit your one original marksheet at the time of joining. So that employee cannot just leave and go. Dont join marketing department here, as they have salary deductions if you do slight errors while processing Orders & to be honest their Marketing department is only data entry work in SAP.
