Firstly FDDI is a worst payer in this segment. I worked for 6 years and still could not be able to define that in which profile I am exactly in !! Beside that I attained diversified experience in different dept. of FDDI, some good some bad. After devoting my valuable 6 years to this org. I am still getting handful of salary. They have so much good opportunities in the pipeline but they really do not know how to utilize those. They are heading VISION-LESS (long term goals) ! Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
