There is no support from seniors, they only said if you not achieve target you'll be fired,no support only harrasment ,huge inventory dumping to distrubutor . Distrubutor channel is so disturb because of their dumping policies. Fake commitment always given to distrubutor from seniors. No support very bad cultured management. ASM is unaware about market they only said we want bussiness..but from their side they are unaware about their own territory.pathetic culture. If you want to join, join at your own risk....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I like nothing about the company ,.... They told us that you are going to join very bigbrand company. But I don't think so that was. There was no job security at all. No support from ASM and NSM. Management is very bad they will not support at any point. Motivation from any one of the company .... You have to motivate yourself.
