They give opportunity to freshers.

Dislikes

Poor management. No ethics. Worst work culture. They treat as a labour to everyone. They give 10,000 starting salary to Geologist. Now a days labour are earning more than this. Work pattern is worst. 5 months work non Stop (no Sunday/Festival holiday). After that they give 1 month paid leave. I will not suggest any one for this company.

You can have access of various department so you will be getting different department knowledge.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Senior will not teach any thing from their side,you have to learn from your side.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
