There is nothing to like, This company is a scam and they are fooling USA people by providing online teaching from Indian through chat support using dummy names of usa peoples and taking their money against goverment rule. Bangalore office is a public toilet. There is nothing to learn in this company and you will forget how to do copy paste also. I worked with MIS Team and There is no power to the manager to take decision of their team also, Support Manager is controlleing entire floor, he is hiring only girls and sit between girls only. This company policy is hire and fire, they will suck out your entire energy and force you to work for 12 to 14 hrs and if you ask to go early they will threat you to fire from the company. If you are a girl and you don't know any work still the managers will be happy, their efforts will be only to take girls to Oyo rooms. Dislikes

Every thing here is a dislike Force you to work more without non stop break. They don't care if you die also, it's just use and through company. If you think you will work and get promotion or appraisal here, your wasting your time here. Money is only for the managers and head. Employs are just toilet cleaners for them and girls employees are bed dolls for entire organisation, even HR department will also support managers only. If you will switch to other companies and serve notice period also they will not give experience letter and they will fire you directly. Very poor management. The organisation is full of thugs and if girls are giving BJ and going to Oyo with managers then only she can servive here . Boys no chance they will force you to work work and nothing to learn only. They show documented every thing according to labour law but works against labour law. Every thing is scam here They will tell 5 working days but will call you whenever they want all 7 days you have to available 24 hours as they will ask any time to come without proper document for shift timings. Every day they will change shift time so nothing you can do in your personal life.
