Focaloid is a good company to work especially if you are looking to broaden your skills. In this company there is always an opportunity to take up any technology stack as they have projects in almost all of the latest technology stacks. Any initiative from our end to learn / work in a new stack is always encouraged by the company. If your are a skilled worker then the salary packages and hikes provided are really good. As a company it has grown in the past year, be it with new employee friendly policies or with recruiting talent for all positions. The management is trying from their end to introduce the best practices that any software company must follow all the while trying to improve work life for employees by introducing transparent reward policies, SPOC (Single point of contact) to address grievances, fun activities lead by HR team....Read More

It feels great to be associated with Focaloid technologies. Work-life balance is great here. Very good opportunity for learning and developing skills. Great career growth opportunity. Excellent working environment. Appraisals are good and give salary hike every year.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
