Firing is the way they try to control the employees Employees are threatened and pushed to work long hours No respect and value for employees They force employees to rate the company good in Glassdoor and Ambition Box and has to submit the screen shot to HR Check with the old employees and they will share the real picture as no one was happy working in this toxic environment

Focaloid is a good company to work especially if you are looking to broaden your skills. In this company there is always an opportunity to take up any technology stack as they have projects in almost all of the latest technology stacks. Any initiative from our end to learn / work in a new stack is always encouraged by the company. If your are a skilled worker then the salary packages and hikes provided are really good. As a company it has grown in the past year, be it with new employee friendly policies or with recruiting talent for all positions.
