Likes

The timeframe/workshifts are really good, the TL is very friendly and he actually understands an employee's problem. And there's hardly any delay in salary.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It could be my problem only, because I don't like working in BPOs. An there's hardly any productivity in the job. There is almost no growth IMO.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
