Appropriate Salary Offer
Hello All,
Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location.
Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month.
Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike.
My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.
