One of the best company as it is Employee-Friendly. Supportive staff and managers who have sound base , are always ready to assist. Work culture is phenomenal and here we do have plenty of opportunities to explore and look for expansion. Above all I find Flyhomes always ready to have open discussion and opinion pertaining to work and culture.

Dislikes

There is nothing noticed as such but still scope of improvement is always there.

I belong to processing department where we need to be updated as per requirement and also we should have sound knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Guidelines and it's amendments if any is.

Everything, there are so many things to mention like work culture, work life balance etc.

Dislikes

Core Night shift is something I dislike personally. It should be changed and should be not full night. Because after a time it will harm employees mental and physical health.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
