I had a blast working with Fluidscapes in 21-22. I am still in touch with most of my colleagues and I can't forget the management for going above and beyond during a personal incident. I have worked for 6 different companies but I have felt so much at home at any others. I know I am going to go back someday. Until then, All the best la familia.

Dislikes

Work life balance can be better but I guess that's the story with every start-up punching above weight.

Work Details

Work policy: WFH requests are considered on a case by case basis. In most circumstances, if the nature of your work allows and you have something to deal with you can get WFH

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
