Excellent Environment & Very cool zone to work No huge salary revisions - Minimal A average company with the international Bench mark. Salary perks are good

Its Dream job for many new comer as it to internation level, but its boredom after the period of year Repeatative work & HR policies are not upto the mark, No social responsibilited towards empolyees & other, However its very decent company culture & work envirnoment as well, salary part Ok...Ok as it they work like sheep to cleanthe limited grassland, so very less work comparatively to other Mining Compacy, No proper motivation & appreciation in all teams...Read More

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
