1. Work culture is Flipkart varies from dept. to dept. This is the worst thing about flipkart. One team enjoys festivals where others have to work. 2. Sometimes in BBD the working hours exceeds more than 12 hours. 3. There is no work life balance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
