Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. Giving PAN india projects and ask to deliver with less timelines and don't care even in case of medical emergency, I was asked to attend meeting when my daughter was admitted, On Saturday we were having week off my Manager Ajit Nair, he called me on Saturday and said why didn't you attend meeting on Saturday and asked with whose permission you took week off
